Enterprise point of sale for SAP Business One 10

Sell on the shop floor. Post to SAP Business One. Keep your data on your servers.

CertiPOS runs every register fully offline on its own database, syncs to one central server you control, and posts every ticket to SAP Business One through the Service Layer as real documents. Retail, grocery, fashion, restaurants and quick service, in English, Arabic and French.

The CertiPOS tender screen: the ticket column with every line, the totals, the amounts in every active currency and the cash panel
Built for operators, not for subscriptions

An installed enterprise system. Your server, your licence, your data.

CertiPOS is delivered as installers, not as a service you rent. The central server runs on a Windows machine you own or a VM you control; every register carries its own database. Nothing is loaded from the internet at the till, and no one outside your company holds your sales.

On your serverOne Windows service with PostgreSQL, the portal and the posting engine, installed by a single installer. Your server, a CERTICONS-hosted VM or any cloud VM.
Licensed per registerSeats are counted per enrolled register, across unlimited companies and stores. A signed licence file, verified offline, no phone-home at the till.
Your data stays yoursRow-level security on every table, HTTPS with your own certificate, protected secrets, scheduled backups you can restore. No third party sees a ticket.
Sells without the internetScanning, pricing, promotions and tendering never call SAP. The register sells on its own database and syncs when a line is back, exactly once.
What happens to a ticket

From the scan to a posted invoice, every step is durable and exactly once.

Every event on a ticket is appended to the register’s own database first, then to a durable outbox. The server posts it to SAP Business One and keeps the raw payload, the answer and the timing of every call.

01Scan or tapBarcode, serial, item field, quick button
02Register databaseAppend-only ticket events, hash chain, sequence
03Durable outboxSurvives power loss and reboots; uploads in order
04Central serverIdempotency keys, posting jobs, operations page
05SAP Business OneA/R Invoice and Incoming Payment per ticket, through the Service Layer
Per ticket or rolled upReal-time posting keeps SAP the book of record with a drill-back per ticket. High-volume grocery can roll a day up into one document per company, with the ticket detail kept in SAP user tables.
Every failure is readableSAP’s own reason, a catalogue code, the raw payload and the answer sit on the job. Retry, repost or void from the Operations page; nothing posts twice.
Reversals restore the booksCredit memos, cancelled payments and exchange journals mirror what was posted. Every posting flow is signed off against a live company, never against mock data.
Everything a chain needs at the till and in the back office

Arabic, English and French from day one

Arabic is a first-class script, not a translation afterthought.

The register, the portal, receipts and guest pages are right-to-left when the operator is. Numerals, codes and amounts stay left-to-right inside Arabic text, Arabic thermal receipts print as rasters on any ESC/POS printer, and the fonts ship inside the apps so nothing depends on the internet.

  • IBM Plex Sans and IBM Plex Sans Arabic, drawn as companions
  • Every screen passes a right-to-left test at 360 and 1280 dp
  • Error messages in three languages, each naming the next action

Security and compliance

Built to an application security standard, reviewed by generated tests.

Tenancy by constructionEvery table carries the tenant and a row-level security policy in the same migration. Cross-company access is impossible, not merely forbidden.
Transport and identityHTTPS with your own certificate pinned by every register, device certificates issued by a per-tenant CA, two-step portal sign-in with recovery codes, rate limits and security headers.
Audit that holds upAppend-only ticket history with a hash chain per register, a permission journal of every override with performer and approver, configuration change diffs, read audits.
Fiscal foundationImmutable sequences, invoice types, buyer fields and a QR payload hook prepare per-country e-invoicing plug-ins for KSA, the UAE and Jordan.
Secrets and backupsSAP passwords protected with DPAPI or AES, a protected secrets store, scheduled PostgreSQL backups with a tested restore command, support bundles without secrets.
Operated, not watchedStructured logs that never contain PINs, tokens or card numbers, health endpoints, alerts by e-mail, remote actions with a second administrator for a wipe.

Licensing

Priced per register. Installed once. Supported by the people who built it.

A CertiPOS licence names your company and the number of register seats; it is verified on your server and never calls home. Add seats as you open stores. A trial licence with three seats comes with every evaluation.
